Backstage at The Old Vic is the first extension to the theatre in 200 years and is home to their extensive Education and community programmes that support local communities, schools and emerging creative practitioners.

The space includes a daytime cafe and free workspace, a vibrant bar and restaurant, a free script library, a dedicated education studio, a writers’ room, studio and events spaces.
