The Foundry

Workspaces are available to suit anywhere from 5 to 50 people.

The Foundry’s inclusive rental charge covers centre maintenance and management (including reception services), cleaning, waste and recycling, fire and security provision, phone line rental and broadband access.

They are flexible, too – there is no fixed minimum term on our rental contracts. Tenants can give notice at any point, ensuring maximum flexibility to adapt to changes. The notice period relates to the size of the rented office and ranges from 2 to 9 months.
