We're excited to announce that the Council is launching the application process for the Affordable Workspace Provider List
With a Local Plan policy already in place to secure affordable workspace commitments within major new development schemes, the list will help connect workspace providers with these opportunities.
Through the s106 process, developers will be required to partner with workspace providers that can support the council’s priority growth sectors – creative and digital, low carbon, and life science industries.
The application deadline for the Approved Provider List is 5pm on 31 May 2022.
