Lambeth Council’s Affordable Workspace Policy

  • Studio Voltaire Reopens

  • Local community ad arts centre in Herne Hill, South London by CarverHaggard Architects. Extension and refurbishment of the exhisting building completed in 2021.

The Lambeth Local Plan secures affordable workspace commitments within major new development schemes in Lambeth. Lambeth Council maintain two lists to connect workspace operators and charity and not-for-profit occupiers with these opportunities.

Approved Provider ListThis list is for experienced workspace operators interested in managing affordable workspace as part of future developments. Developers must partner with approved workspace providers that can support the council’s priority growth sectors – creative and digital, low carbon, and life science industries. Affordable workspace operators looking to join the List can find out more information and apply via the link below.

Charities and Not-for-Profit Organisations Register — This list is for existing Lambeth-based charitable and not-for-profit organisations interested in obtaining affordable workspace in Lambeth. Organisations on the register can rent affordable workspaces in new schemes directly from developers. More information and applications can be found in the link below.
