Waterloo and South Bank is experiencing significant development and economic growth.
This growth brings both benefits and challenges, including increased pressure on infrastructure and the public realm.
The Waterloo and South Bank Public Realm Framework has been developed in response to this dynamic context. It provides an assessment of existing public realm and identifies opportunities for public realm improvement around six guiding principles.
