Charity and Not-for-Profit Register
With a Local Plan policy already in place to secure affordable workspace commitments within major new development schemes, the list will help connect charitable and not-for-profit organisations with these opportunities. Developers looking to lease space directly will be required to let affordable workspace to the borough’s organisations who are looking for space and already deliver significant social value and impact to Lambeth’s communities.
The first round of applications is live until 9 September 2022, and the list will be made available to developers through the Planning process.
Applications from Lambeth’s organisations are welcomed on a rolling basis after this date and will be assessed and added to the list within 6 weeks of applying. If you have any queries, please get in touch via email to invest@lambeth.gov.uk
